All at near game speeds.  This undersized 29" mitt is based on The Pocket™ training mitt, but has more padding and is just a bit bigger to allow for drills at higher ball speeds.  Training with these undersized mitts requires sharp focus and they have quickly become favorites of many pro catchers.
